	Request from Customer Provide your demand style and quantity through Email
	Specification Definition 1. Provide the load capacity to calculate the wheel size. 2. Confirm which is requirement: Top plate, Threaded Stem or Modular stem. 3. Measure the spec. of the bolt hole center, plate size or stem size. 4. Inform the material of caster wheel. (More: How to select a suitable caster)
	Specification Confirmation After discussing, confirm the spec. of casters, such as wheel size, bolt hole center and wheel material. If there is any question, please back to STEP 2.
	NRE Charge & Scheduling After evaluation, we will provide the quotation, including MOQ.
	Prototype Sampling After confirming, please sign back the quotation and pay a part of the fee as a deposit. We will provide the mimic diagram after receiving the deposit.
	Reliability Testing We will carry out the testing and provide the sample. If there is any problem, please back to STEP 2.
	Customer’s Approval & Pilot Run If testing is OK, we will run pilot after get the customer's approval.
	Mas Production If the sample is OK, we will do the mas production(MOQ). And please pay the final payment. In this section, customer can not modify the spec. and return the goods.
